There is a large shared pool adjacent to
the villa with other pools available on the complex. Small garden to the
front and rear with driveway for off road parking.

Coast/Beach
Denia's beach and harbour are a 5 minute
drive from La Sella. The beach at Javea is approximately 10 minutes drive.
Golf
Designed by Jose Maria Olazabel, La
Sella has its own 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course and driving
range. Clubs and buggies
can be hired and tuition is available. 2008 will see a further 9 holes
added. Javea's Golf Club is a 15 minute drive and a 30 minute drive will
take you to Oliva Nova Golf Resort, a links course designed by Seve
Ballesteros.
Travel
The villa is within easy reach of the
AP7
motorway.
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within one hour's drive. Car hire
is essential.

The stables at La Sella offer activities
for both beginners and experienced riders. There are 5 tennis courts with
tuition available. Mountain bikes can be hired with the magnificent Montgo
National Park nearby to explore. A new theme park and water park are
within 30 minutes drive.
Banks and larger supermarkets can be
found in nearby Denia. Now open the new La Marina Shopping Mall in Ondara
- a 10 minute drive.
